NARIYA OUD was created in Nha Trang, on Vietnam’s central coast, a region closely connected with agarwood and its cultural history.
Our work begins with respect for origin, material character and Vietnamese agarwood traditions.
WHY AGARWOOD IS RARE
Rarity begins within the wood.
Agarwood develops aromatic resin slowly and unevenly within the wood.
Differences in density, resin and natural character shape the aroma of every distilled batch.
FROM AGARWOOD TO OUD OIL
From resinous wood to oud oil.
Selected agarwood is prepared for distillation, where heat and water release its aromatic character.
The oil is then separated and collected in small batches.
