Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days. International delivery is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. These periods are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may be affected by customs, local restrictions, holidays, weather or carrier operations.
Yes, destination charges may apply. Orders are not shipped on a duties-paid or DDP basis. The customer is responsible for import duties, value-added tax, customs-clearance fees, handling fees and other charges imposed at the destination.
Ordinary return requests must be made within 7 days after delivery and are limited to unopened, unused products in complete original packaging. Opened or used agarwood oil, products with a broken seal, or products whose storage condition cannot be verified are generally not eligible for an ordinary return.
All returns require prior authorisation from info@nariyaoud.com. For non-quality returns, the customer pays return shipping. Incorrect, damaged, leaking or clearly defective items may qualify for a refund or replacement, with reasonable authorised return shipping covered by us. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
